Ne’Chelle Kennedy is a motivational speaker, youth mentor, and businesswoman. She has spoken at numerous schools and youth programs in addition to hosting and speaking on many business panel forums. Ne`Chelle has also worked with and for multi-million privately owned firms from Philadelphia to Beverly Hills and small start-ups, giving her a well-rounded sense of business.

She was born on an air force base in Arizona to young parents in the 1980s. Having gone to 10 schools before graduating high school at the top of her class, she gained the gift of being able to relate and speak to anyone regardless of their ethnicity, demographic, or social status. Becoming a mother at the age of 15 and a single mother 7 years later due to her son’s father being brutally murdered, gave a new layer of resilience. After this tragedy and carrying the load of being a single mother with very little support, she formed her roots in Philadelphia, the hometown of her father and his family, where she felt most accepted.

In 2018, after her son graduated from high school, she took a leap of faith and relocated to Los Angeles with no foundation. Within three short years, she struggled and persevered through homelessness before overcoming her challenges and launching her company, Kismet Kennedy Home Inspections, in an industry where few black women exist.

Ne’Chelle’s unique ability to connect with people is due to her own life story, rooted in constant struggle, tragedy, perseverance, and great success.

Ne`Chelle has a strong belief everyone has three attributes to them: their skill set (something they paid to acquire through time and money), their passion (something they love to do and would do without receiving any compensation), and their purpose (the natural innate gift they were given to spread through this world). Her skill set has been founded in real estate, while her passion has been dancing derived at an early age, and her purpose in life has been rooted in speaking life into others who may be struggling mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

She has honed her craft of motivational speaking through being an avid learner of Jack Canfield, Gary Vee, Steve Harvey, Les Brown, and Eric Thompson’s teachings. She hopes her teachings will help others see life as a gift regardless of its hardships and that it’s possible to create the life they want and not be restricted to the one they were born into.

Once she had positioned herself to branch out independently, Ne’Chelle became a full-time real estate agent specializing in real estate investing. She began doing her own investment projects solely and through partnerships. After personally experiencing and seeing the need for more concrete knowledge to guide aspiring investors, she decided to write a book, “The 16 Keys to Successful Real Estate Investment,” and created a consulting company that would help address the gap.

In 2018, she relocated to Los Angeles and, within a few years, launched Kismet Kennedy Home Inspections, offering a new dynamic and face into the industry. Being one of few black women in the industry, she looks to create more opportunities to diversify it.
