Foundations, crawlspace, grading & drainage, basements, walkways, and floor, wall and ceiling structures.


CRAWLSPACE

Insulation, ventilation, floors, and infrastructure.


EXTERIOR

Siding, windows, exterior doors, flashing & trim, walkways, driveways, stairs, patios & decks, and drainage


INTERIOR

Includes a representative number of doors, windows, floors, walls, ceilings, stairs, railings, appliances, fireplaces and the garage in its entirety including the door and openers


PLUMBING

Fixtures and faucets, water supply systems, drain, waste and vent systems, water heater, vents, flues and chimneys, and any sump pumps or fuel storage and distribution systems.


ELECTRICAL

Service entrance and panels, branch circuits, connected devices and fixtures, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, and making sure your outlets are GFCI-protected.


HEATING, VENTILATION AND AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEMS

Heating and cooling equipment, ducts, vents and flues.


POOL & SPA

The visual pool and spa inspection includes looking over pool equipment, electrical supply (including pool lighting) and any safety issues immediately surrounding the pool and pool deck. The mechanical pool and spa inspection monitors most important equipment as it runs.
